America was founded as a Christian nation-an experiment of whether free men could govern themselves, without kings or masters. We are a special people, from all over, who are self-sufficient, self-reliant rugged, God-fearing individuals, who assimilate into ONE people and speak the same language- English- and who earn their own keep, and only accept help for as long as they need it. We love our families, and will fight to protect them, from our government, or any person or group who seeks to subvert or destroy the Noble American Experiment that so many died to construct. Strangers came here for the chance to make their own way, and to prosper and become Americans. They did not come here for any freebies or benefits, or to keep their own flags, nationalities, and languages.
If you are against the American Experiment, then you must get out. Head first or feet first.
Seriously, Just Order the Pentagon to Build the Wall
The estimated price tag on President Trump’s “big, beautiful” southern border wall is $25 billion—a paltry sum compared with the ways government otherwise fritters away taxpayers’ dollars. Yet a government shutdown looms—and Democrats can’t have that.
House Minority Leader Nasty Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Senate Minority Leader Cuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) paid a visit to the White House on Tuesday to make a deal with the president to pass a continuing budget resolution that would keep the government running through March. Trump said he would be more than happy to deal—as long as Congress gives him his wall.
Democrats can’t have that, either.
Pelosi, who will almost certainly be the new speaker of the House when the new Congress convenes in January, told reporters on Thursday that Trump won’t get his wall and vowed to keep the government “closed forever” if that’s what it takes.
For his part, Trump has insisted that if negotiations with Congress fail, he will simply direct the Pentagon to build the wall.
It’s strange that the president already hasn’t ordered the Pentagon to build the wall. After all, border security is a basic and vital function of the military. The military, however, has been reluctant to engage in this timeless endeavor. When President Trump in October ordered the Pentagon to deploy several thousand U.S. troops shore up the southern border against yet another caravan of illegal aliens, top brass balked. Many argued in the press that the mission was a distraction for the military’s far more important duties, like endlessly and ineffectively securing Afghanistan’s borders.
Understand, the Department of Defense has a budget in excess of $700 billion. The Pentagon is so big and bloated, with a budget process so unwieldy, that for years officials resisted any form of audit. Until this year, when the DOD spent more than $400 million auditing some $2.7 trillion in assets. It will come as no surprise that the budget uncovered a great deal of waste (though not necessarily fraud).
Given all the money sloshing around, it’s fair to say the Pentagon has the cash on hand to build a $25 billion border wall and still have money to spare to continue building and maintaining warplanes that can’t fly.
Yet, this has not happened. The Pentagon continues evading presidential directives to enhance border security, preferring instead to hand off responsibility to the boondoggle that is the Department of Homeland Security. For $25 billion, the entirety of America’s southwestern border could be reinforced with a modern, strong wall. Pentagon leaders insist their budget must go toward “national security priorities.”
What are these priorities? What threats transcend the necessity of defending America’s geographical borders?
In September, the Pentagon was so flush with cash that it engaged in an obscene spending-spree in which it “rushed to spend $111 billion of its $700 billion budget before the end of the fiscal year.” On what did the Pentagon decide to spend the public money that had been lavished upon them—by a supportive President Trump no less?
According to Open the Books, a nonprofit dedicated to government transparency, much of your money has been spent on things ranging from office supplies (such as coffee mugs for the Air Force costing $1,000 each) to weapons for non-military agencies, to alcohol supplies (you read that right). This isn’t the first time the Pentagon has opted to go on a last-minute spending spree. Last year, the Army spent “$6,600 on fidget spinners, $35,000 on an arcade machine and $62,000 on snowboards and paddle boards. In addition, defense contractors were paid $11 billion in seven days.”
So, it’s interesting watching the cogitations of desperate Democratic leaders like Pelosi and Schumer debate the finer points of border security with the president. One of the big takeaways from their public row was that the Democrats will never accept that a physical border wall needs funding, let alone needs to be built. They’ve bought into the bizarre, vaguely Orwellian notion that one can have border security but not build a border wall (kind of like, “if you like your doctor, you can keep him.”)
But just as former President Obama routinely evaded Congress’ authority through unlawful executive orders and other administrative tricks, President Trump can easily outmaneuver Congress when it comes to funding and building the wall.
Forget negotiating with Congress. It’s a dead-end. Just as he ordered the Pentagon to send the troops to the border, he could order the Defense Department to begin construction on the wall immediately. There’s nothing stopping him from doing so. It’s the only way the president will get the wall.

In a nearly unbelievable fit of stupidity, a new New Jersey law proves the words of Forrest Gump to be true. New Jersey’s law limits all firearms magazines to no more than 10 rounds of capacity. The problem, other than the obvious one at face value, is that there is no exception for law enforcement. It would appear that all duty firearms of law enforcement officers in New Jersey contain more than 10 rounds of ammunition. In one fell swoop, idiot lawmakers have made it so that an off-duty police officer is denied the ability to carry his duty weapon without becoming a criminal.
They can’t even have those weapons at home unless they leave the high capacity standard capacity magazines at work. The law even applies to those officers that are “on-call” meaning that an officer must show up at his place of work to retrieve his magazines before responding to an incident.

Over one million New Jersey Gun owners defy Governor Murphy’s gun magazine ban & turn in demands of what some estimate is easily more than ten million now illegal standard capacity gun mags.
New Jersey’s standard capacity magazine ban is now in effect making New Jersey’s one million gun owners criminals in the eyes of the state. But in an act of mass definace, New Jersey residents refuse to comply.
Any magazine holding more than ten rounds is now illegal in the Garden State. The standard magazine for an AR-15 holds 30 rounds. Glock 19s, which is the most popular pistol in the United States, holds 15 rounds. Anyone who is possession of larger magazine is committing a fourth-degree felony.
Anyone caught with one of the now banned magazines in their possession faces up to 18 months in prison and up to $10,000 in fines or both for each magazine found.
The bill was signed into law last June by Gov. Phuchead Murphy (D). Residents had until December 11th, 2018, to turn over magazines to police or sell or store them out of state.
Pro-gun groups sued New Jersey to try to prevent the law from going into effect. Their attempt on blocking the law failed in a federal appeals court. The three-judge panel ruled that a law limiting the number of rounds a magazine holds did not violate the US Constitution and did not put an undue burden on New Jersey gun owners.

Facebook shares have slid 40 percent from their highs. A bevy of negative publicity has come since this summer, especially focused on top Facebook executives’ handling of foreign influence on the 2016 U.S. election.
Amazon shares continue a fall begun when it gave a fourth-quarter outlook on Oct. 25 that was much lower than expected. Netflix and Alphabet shares, meanwhile, have largely fallen in lockstep with the rest of the FAANG stocks.
Facebook and Alphabet each hit their 52-week highs in July, at $218.62 a share and $1291.44 a share, respectively. Netflix peaked in June at $423.21 a share. Amazon and Apple were the most recent to hit 52-week highs at $2,550.50 a share in September and $233.47 a share in October, respectively.

Symptoms of pending trouble following a bite is widespread itching, your throat feeling dry, and shortly thereafter, the throat may begin to constrict. Easiest way to avoid anaphylaxis is either an EpiPen (which thanks to the FDA costs are arm or two) OR to immediately pop two or even (for heavier people 180 pounds, or so) three Benadryl pills.

The pill in the clear plastic wrap was a Pepto-Bismal. Why that?
“Most people don’t know that in addition to the stomach ache calming, Pepto will stop e. Coli and certain other bacteria from multiplying…” I felt like he maybe should have been a doctor, not a tax lawyer.
“Thing is, if you ever get food poisoning while out, the bismuth subsalicylate is a heavy metal and it stops some bacteria from multiplying.”

I cut a 3/4 inch wide strip off of a small plastic resealable bag-there is not enough room in the pill carrier for even the smallest baggies, put the pills in it, and taped it shut with clear tape. I carry it in a pill-carrier that looks like a key chain.
GLOBAL WARMING PINNED ON KID WHO KEEPS LEAVING THE FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN WHILE THE HEATER IS ON
GRANTS PASS, OR—Scientists have finally discovered the primary cause of global warming: local kid Oliver Paulson, who left the front door wide open dozens of times while the heater was on this past weekend.
Every time the boy runs inside from playing, he leaves the front door open, and it looks like we're all going to pay the price from his carelessness.
"Are we heating the whole neighborhood!?" his father bellowed Saturday afternoon after Paulson dashed inside. Little did his dad know that they were actually heating not only the whole neighborhood, but also the entire world. "Someone around here must have stock in the gas company!" he added, but to no avail. The damage had been done.
Climate scientists estimate the globe will be in turmoil within a few short years, all because little Oliver was apparently "born in a barn."
Experts warned that it may be too late to reverse the damage, but suggested that kids "close the dang door" anyway just in case we can all still be saved from our fiery fate.

When President Trump selected Brett Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court, I knew it was at least a very risky pick.
But he won the hearts of conservatives because of the insanity of the opposition.
Now we know, for certain, that Brett Kavanaugh is a fraud. He should never have been President Trump’s first choice. He’s a weakling. He buckled to the extreme left to salvage his own reputation. I had a bad feeling about this guy – ever since his role in the Vincent Foster cover-up and his tutelage by former independent counsel Kenneth Starr.
How many times do we have to see this kind of betrayal by Republican nominees of Supreme Court justices – Sandra Day O’Connor, Anthony Kennedy, David Souter, John Roberts?
Let’s review the facts.
In 1981, it was young Justice Department lawyer Kenneth Starr who authored “a hurriedly prepared, error-filled memo,” according to Robert Novak and Rowland Evans, that convinced President Reagan to go through with the nomination of Sandra Day O’Connor to the high court – despite tremendous opposition from those who believed she was unfit and unworthy of Reagan’s support.
The memo gave O’Connor a clean bill of health on abortion by “using legal gymnastics to explain her Arizona legislative record,” wrote Evans and Novak. He wrote that she had “no recollection” of how she voted on a 1970 bill to legalize abortion when, in fact, she was a co-sponsor of the measure that was defeated 6-3 in committee.
Next, in the 1990s, conservatives blamed everyone but Ken Starr for the failed investigations of Bill Clinton.
Starr enabled Clinton. He enabled evil. And now we have one of his disciples doing the same thing Sandra Day O’Connor did. This time, he gave us Brett Kavanaugh.
Starr mentored Kavanaugh. The two of them covered up the truth in the Vincent Foster death – actually firing the prosecutor who raised too many obvious questions.
Then I began to figure it out.
Starr was not an independent investigator at all. He was the designated “fixer.” He was the cleaner. He was the handler. He was the guy who protected the powerful from themselves.
As I’ve said before, Starr was either the most incompetent prosecutor in the history of the country or complicit in the cover-up of those crimes. I lean toward the latter judgment.
The Starr historical legacy can best be summarized like this: He deceived President Reagan about O’Connor, let Clinton off the hook for monstrous crimes, used chicanery to prevent the execution of justice in California and paved the way for the career of fake “conservative” BrettKavanaugh.
Whether you like Trump or hate him, and whether you agree with the Administration’s policy choices or oppose them, it is worthwhile to understand that there is, in fact, a coherent policy framework driving day-to-day events, and to understand what that framework is.
Trump’s policy team sometimes compare themselves to “a submarine.” They are trying to pursue a steady course underneath the storms of daily political and media life in Washington.
Their basic economic formula is simple: The economy is, by definition, equal to the size of the labor force times the productivity of the labor force. The Administration has been working in various ways to increase both the labor pool and its productivity, and to make sure that a fair portion of benefits from economic growth will accrue to the workers themselves.
The Administration assumes that productivity can be increased by increasing the level of business investment made for this purpose, and that a business’s decision to invest is driven by projected economic returns and confidence in the future. To increase business investment and productivity, the Administration has pursued four policy prongs: deregulation (much of which has been successfully accomplished, with more to go), tax reform (significantly achieved, with corporate rates lowered to 21%), energy reform (significantly underway, to encourage U.S. production) and infrastructure improvements (a significant opportunity for bipartisan cooperation in the coming Congress, if the Dems will allow Trump “a victory” ahead of 2020).
At the same time, the Administration is seeking to increase the size of the labor force through an increase in labor participation rates as compared to the very low levels of the Obama days. Jobs are being created through business growth and expansion, and the 2017 tax reform gave a near-term boost. However, the Administration also hopes that tax reform’s greatest benefits may still be in front of us for years to come, as companies shift their supply chains over time increasingly to favor U.S. locations, now that the tax advantage of foreign locations has been substantially reduced or eliminated.
The Administration’s policies to increase labor participation include opioid reform, prison reform and worker training — all progressive “social justice” issues which may gain bipartisan support. The Administration is also focused on ensuring that more of the one million or so legal immigrants each ye
The sit-down on Tuesday with Senate Democratic leader Cuck Schumer and Democrat leader Nasty Pelosi quickly devolved into acrimony -- highlighting the gulf between democrats and Trump over must-pass U.S. spending legislation while putting a possible compromise further out of reach.
Trump and the democrats are so far apart they can’t even agree on the terms of the debate, whether it’s about a wall or a fence or border security generally. The president is insisting on $5 billion for a concrete wall while Schumer and Pelosi are 'offering' $1.375 billion for fencing along the southern frontier with Mexico.
A shutdown, which would occur after Dec. 21, would be very different in scale than others in recent years. Only some departments and agencies would be shuttered, and essential employees in those affected would still report to work. That’s because Congress and Trump previously approved funding bills for three quarters of the $1.2 trillion in operating expenses for federal agencies.
Among agencies facing a partial shutdown are the Homeland Security Department, though many of the agency’s law enforcement agents will remain on the job because they’re considered essential. National parks would remain open but most employees who maintain them would be sent home. The Securities and Exchange Commission would halt new investigations except where needed “for the protection of property.” The Defense Department is funded and would operate normally.
Hours after Trump and the Democratic leaders aired their differences, the president said: “Believe it or not, I think it was a very friendly meeting.”
"I don’t mind having the issue of border security on my side,” he told reporters. “If we have to close down the country over border security I actually like that, in terms of an issue."
Pelosi privately bragged to other Democrats about the outcome of the meeting with Trump.
“The fact is we did get him to say, to fully own that the shutdown was his,” she said, according to an aide in the room. “That was an accomplishment.”
Pelosi later told reporters that she and Trump spoke by telephone -- she called it “a pleasant conversation” -[she talks out of both sides of her face]-Ed. and that the president said he is still reviewing the options that the two Democrats laid out.
But lawmakers from both parties said they aren’t sure how the impasse can be resolved.
“That’s the $64,000 question,” said Richard Shelby, the Alabama Republican who heads the Senate Appropriations panel. “I haven’t called the president yet. I may wait a bit for things to cool off.”
Trump has been threatening a shutdown for months over his demand to fully fund a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border; It was one of the central promises of his 2016 presidential campaign. Trump is forcing lawmakers from his party to make a difficult decision: Stand with him and get blamed for a shutdown or oppose him and risk suffering his wrath.
In 1976, future CIA director John Brennan was a college student disgusted by Watergate and the “system” that produced it. As the young Brennan surveyed the political landscape, only one candidate seemed to be speaking the truth about the need for real change (and/or the dictatorship of the proletariat) — Communist Party nominee Gus Hall.
But by 1980, Brennan grown out of Marxist-Leninism, realized American-style capitalism was the one true way, and decided to devote his life to Uncle Sam’s intelligence apparatus. Or so that former pinko now claims.
Last week, during a panel discussion on diversity in the intelligence community, Brennan revealed the unique background he brought with him to the CIA. He recalled the polygraph test he took when entering the agency — and the hair-raising moment when he was asked whether he had ever been associated with a group dedicated to overthrowing the United States.
“I froze,” Brennan said. “This was back in 1980, and I thought back to a previous election where I voted, and I voted for the Communist Party candidate.”
The CIA director continued:
I said I was neither Democratic or Republican, but it was my way, as I was going to college, of signaling my unhappiness with the system, and the need for change. I said I’m not a member of the Communist Party, so the polygrapher looked at me and said, ‘OK,’ and when I was finished with the polygraph and I left and said, ‘Well, I’m screwed.’
But the CIA saw something special in this former dissident — or else his interviewer was also a crypto-Stalinist. Either way, he got his national-security clearance.
And Congress doesn’t appear anxious to take it away now.
“I really am not interested in how the CIA director voted decades ago,” Oregon senator Ron Wyden told BuzzFeed, while leaving a Senate Intelligence Committee briefing Thursday.
New Mexico senator Martin Heinrich told the outlet, “I think I’m going to let that one go.”
So no more worries, comrade Brennan! You’re off the hook. Time to kick back with your dog-eared copy of Das Kapital — or order a drone strike. You do you.

The Boy Scouts of America is considering bankruptcy while it's fending off numerous sexual harassment lawsuits, according to the Wall Street Journal, which cited people familiar with the matter.
Bankruptcy would offer the organisation some legal relief. It's currently battling several lawsuits filed by former scouts who allege that staff members or volunteers sexually abused or harassed them. A bankruptcy filing may allow the organisation to ask judges to stall those lawsuits as it goes through the Chapter 11 process. During that period, it could potentially settle with the victims who sued.
The sexual abuse allegations against the Boy Scouts of America stretches back decades, but the issue has become more pressing in recent years, partly because of the organisation's slump in membership.
[This could have been avoided if the scouts had stayed true to their values and not allowed homosexuals to be scout leaders. Anyone with HALF A BRAIN could have seen this coming.]-Ed.

For some, the recent Bump Stock Ban was a big wake up call. Like a cold shower, it made folks realize that gun rights are always at risk and the minute you blink you lose yet another bit. The argument was made by some apologists that it’s not a ban on guns, but a ban on a certain gun “part”. Think of it like not banning cars, but banning car tyres instead… Oh! You can still own cars, you just have to keep them on four cinder blocks.
What many don’t realize is that there are a few critical items that are not protected by the second Amendment at all and they can easily be banned any minute.
1- Body armor is one of those items people in the firearms community don’t appreciate as much as they should yet they save lives every day. A gunfight is not a one way range and getting hit is a very real possibility. Whenever possible, putting on body armor before potentially facing danger is highly advisable. Of the three items listed here, bang per buck in terms of true life insurance, it the one I feel strongly everyone should have.
2- Sound Suppressors
Just like bump stocks, these can be banned any minute. While I don’t put them on the same category of importance as body armor, they do have their use, from silent (or at least, less noisy) hunting to self-defense, sound suppressors are indeed a valuable addition. They are very much appreciated by those that got to use them in their line of work, well worth the extra money and waiting period.
[You can make your OWN 'silencer'- just watch this video]-Ed.
3- Night Vision Goggles
Someone once told me that using NVG in combat against those that didn’t have it almost felt like cheating. Almost... .Combined with PEQ IR laser and light on your rifle makes shooting targets at night like fishing in barrel.
Night vision is expensive (over two grand for NVG-16 Gen 2+ to nearly four for PVS-14 Generation 3) but for combat it is a force multiplier like few others. It is also one of the most controlled warfare tech items and its amazing that you can still get them online.
The option of the closing the stores was revealed during a retail conference question and answer session with Goldman Sachs.
Dick’s Chief Financial Officer Lee Belitsky made clear no more of the company’s Field & Stream stores would be built and CEO Edward Stack went even further, floating the option of the closing the Field & Stream stores that exist already.
Stack explained the corporate gun control Dick’s adopted in February, which precipitated the slumping sales:
What we said is, we would not sell any of the assault-style rifles, we wouldn’t sell high-capacity magazines. We’d never sold bumps stocks which turn a semiautomatic weapon into basically an automatic weapon, and we wouldn’t sell firearms to anyone under 21 years of age.
Additionally, Dick’s followed its decision to quit selling commonly owned semiautomatic rifles by destroying the unsold rifles in stock, rather than sending them back to the manufacturer. They did the same thing with “high capacity” magazines in their inventory. And on August 31, Breitbart News reported that Dick’s would begin removing “hunt products” from certain stores.
With sales falling, Dick’s now faces the option of closing its Field & Stream stores altogether. The Washington Free Beacon reports that Dick’s has 35 such stores across 18 states.
